She specialises in sport and exercise nutrition and is passionate about helping runners improve their performance in training and competition. She is the author of The Runner’s Cookbook, Vegetarian Meals in 30 minutes and The Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition, among other titles. Anita is also the nutritionist for the London Marathon.
